About the event
The Annual YS PRIDE Festival - held the last Saturday in June - is a family-friendly event that features diverse entertainment, advocacy, food, vendor opportunities, and more to help foster unity, peace, love, and LGBTQ awareness. We are excited that this year it will be held in the heart of the Village on the Yellow Springs John Bryan Community Center Lawn at 100 Dayton Street | Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387.
Limited space has been reserved for:
- Merchandise/Product Vendor: Non-food truck vendors. (This is any vendor other than an organization officially recognized as a non-profit).
- Non-Profit Selling Vendor: This is for non-profit organizations that are selling merchandise, or services.
- Non-Profit Information Vendor: This is reserved for non-profit organizations with information booths only. Selling is not permitted.
SCHEDULE
Saturday, June 25, 2022
Vendor Arrival: 9 am
Open to the public: 11 am
Event closes: 7 pm
Vendor Departure: 8 pm
Each vendor is provided a 10x10 space allocation for setup. This space does not include vehicles. All vendor placement will be predetermined and locations/guidance will be provided on the day of the event. Due to safety precautions, all vendors are required to stay for the duration of the event. The vendor booth must be staffed at all times. Vendor booths, tables, chairs, and other set-up items are not provided. For security purposes, participating vendors are expected to remain until the close of the event.
NOTE: Food Truck registration will begin shortly.
