We are now accepting a limited number of vendors for this year’s events. YS Pride is a family-friendly event that caters to all walks of life and celebrates diversity, equality, and inclusion. As a vendor, it is important to function as an extension of the spirit of PRIDE and our event.
With respect given to those who are safety conscious, attendees are encouraged (but not required) to wear masks. Vendors are encouraged to do the same - as they see fit. Keeping this in mind, there will be both masked and unmasked, vaccinated and unvaccinated people in attendance. It is our position that vendors not inquire or demand disclosure of vaccination status. Please move forward with this in mind, and if this causes pause, please understand that is the expectation for vendor participation.
For safety purposes, vendor arrival times must be adhered to - as they directly impact event attendees. Vendors will arrive early and set up to be ready for business at the designated time. Once the merchandise is unloaded, please move vehicle to designated vendor parking for the duration of the event. Due to the tailgate nature of the event, successful vendor registration serves as an acknowledgment that vendors will remain until the end of the event. Leaving early is not permitted - as it will be a safety concern.
Vending plots will be set by the YS Pride logistics team and are non-negotiable. However, if there is a medical circumstance requiring special consideration, please contact us prior to completing registration.

ARRIVAL: 9:30 - 10:30am
Vendors must be set up & ready at 11 am to provide time for the Car Parade line-up.
Set-up is not allowed while the parade is lining up.
Each vendor will have a 10x10 space. (Food trucks will have ample space). A tent is acceptable (not provided).
Note: For safety reasons, sandbags or concrete must be provided to weigh down the tent.
Vendor is responsible for table and chairs.
No electricity or water provided. Sound equipment/additional music is not permitted. (This includes food trucks)
The event is scheduled to end at 5 pm.
Due to safety concerns, all vendors must remain until the end of the event.
Successful registration requires payment of the registration fee. This fee confirms vendor spot.
